What is it?
ANF stands for Amino Neuro Frequency. ANF therapy uses small, lightweight discs that adhere to the skin over specific points. The discs are designed to work with the body's own frequencies and are used as a non-invasive, drug-free addition to physiotherapy.
The discs can be worn for up to 72 hours, including while you work, sleep and train, which means support continues between clinic visits.
Who it can help
At Limitless 7, ANF therapy is used for musculoskeletal problems, including:
- Muscle pain and tension
- Joint pain in the knee, shoulder, neck and back
- Sports injuries
- Rehabilitation after injury
What happens in a session
Your clinician assesses the painful area with hands-on testing to identify where the discs should be placed. The discs are applied to clean skin; you will feel little or nothing. We usually combine ANF with other physiotherapy treatment and exercise in the same visit.
You leave with guidance on how long to wear the discs and how to remove them. Many people return for review after a few days to reassess and reapply as needed.
How many sessions you may need
Some people use ANF for a short period around a flare-up of pain, while others use it across a rehabilitation programme. Your clinician will suggest a plan based on your assessment and review it with you.
Who delivers it
Every session at Limitless 7 Clinic is delivered in our Umm Suqeim clinic by DHA-licensed physiotherapists and clinicians. The same practitioner who assesses you plans and reviews your treatment, so your care stays consistent from the first visit to discharge.
Frequently asked questions

No. Applying and wearing the discs is painless; most people forget they are wearing them.
How are disc positions chosen?
Positions are chosen by your clinician after a hands-on assessment of the painful area.

Usually not. It is combined with physiotherapy treatment and exercise as part of your overall plan.
