What is it?
Athlete care combines regular physiotherapy screening, hands-on recovery treatment and targeted rehabilitation. It is designed for people whose bodies are under consistent training load and who want a team that understands their sport.
Sessions can include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, Electrons Plus PEMF and strength or mobility work, chosen according to where you are in your training cycle.
Who it can help
We work with professional and amateur athletes, including:
- Combat-sport athletes, including MMA, boxing, Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu
- Runners, triathletes and cyclists
- Football, rugby, padel and tennis players
- CrossFit, HYROX and strength athletes
- Anyone training hard who wants to recover well
What happens in a session
Your first session includes a full-body screen of mobility, strength and any areas of pain or past injury, plus a conversation about your training and competition schedule.
Ongoing sessions are tailored to the week: lighter recovery work after heavy sessions or fights, targeted rehab when something flares up, and pre-competition sessions to help you feel ready.
How many sessions you may need
Many athletes book weekly or fortnightly recovery sessions, with additional sessions around competition or when an injury needs rehab. We agree a rhythm that fits your training load and budget.
Who delivers it
Every session at Limitless 7 Clinic is delivered in our Umm Suqeim clinic by DHA-licensed physiotherapists and clinicians. The same practitioner who assesses you plans and reviews your treatment, so your care stays consistent from the first visit to discharge.
