Honestly didn’t expect physio to make this much difference. Came in with a lower back issue, and John sorted out a plan that actually fit my schedule. Now I feel completely fine and I guess I will have some more sessions before going for my workout and deadlift sessions. Good vibe at the clinic too, and the staff are really friendly. ❤️😄

Finally found a physiotherapy clinic that actually helps! Ramzan is very knowledgeable and will understand your concerns and issues in detail and provide a customized program for you. It's not a one size fits all like other physiotherapy centers. John is an excellent massage therapist. Be prepared for both of them to work on you simultaneously if required because that's the level of individual care you'll receive. Very happy with the progress so far and definitely recommend them!

Did a physiotherapy session with John and my partner did two sessions with him so far. John runs through the steps with you and is good as what he does. He is knowledgeable and is always sharing us tips and gave us advices on how to take care of our body. We also managed to try the red light therapy for the first time. The team at this clinic have been welcoming and helpful too. Would definitely recommend for others to try a session.
